First released on VHS in 2001, this DVD has sold world wide and received considerable acclaim. It explores the origins of Tri-ang Railways in 1951 as a new part of Lines Brothers when Richard Lines was put in charge of creating this new range of toy trains. The story progresses with the move to Margate in the mid 1950s and reveals some of the new well detailed models in plastic that the company were producing.
There are interviews with people at all levels who worked in the Margate factory and archive films highlight the atmosphere in the production areas. However, the DVD really comes to life when operating layouts are featured and some of the finest Tri-ang models are seen running in all their splendour.
Each DVD sells at £20.00 plus £2.50 p/p. There are special deals for the purchase of the range.
